Steven J. Harman

Steve Harman has 37 years of trial experience in the area of medical malpractice and personal injury. Steve has obtained several verdicts in excess of $1 million, including the largest malpractice verdict in eastern Montana. Steve is one of a handful of Montana trial lawyers who has been invited to join the American College of Trial Lawyers as well as the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also included in Best Lawyers in America and holds an “A/V” rating, the highest rating of competence and ethics from Martindale – Hubbell, a national directory of attorneys. Steve volunteers a week each spring to to serve on the faculty of the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program sponsored by the University of Montana School of Law, where lawyers and law students learn trial skills. In addition, Steve will continue to offer his services as a mediator in litigated cases.
